This is Lucky Dragon, a 49 foot cruise boat enhanced with a dragon head that breathes fire and water. Created by artist Yanobe Kenji, the mechanical monster is cruising Osaka’s Ōkawa river and Dōtonbori canal until October 12 as part of the Aqua Metropolis festival.
